The proportion of electricity in China's energy structure is large and it is a type of clean energy,the power grid enterprises have great potential in improving energy efficiency.For the past couple of years,China's power supply and demand situation changed,while the economic structure changed,the proportion of the tertiary industry also gradually increased.As for the grid,the reliability requirements for power supply had a certain improve.Energy consumption and structure experienced a certain problem,the consumption was huge,so the energy problem has gradually become an important factor which restricted China's economy.In recent years,with the rapid development of China's national economy and the continuous improvement of the quality of life of residents,the country's overall demand for electricity is also increasingly strengthened.Energy service management platform provides comprehensive analysis of energy-saving management platform,and it can effectively promote the energy efficiency of government departments and social users,it also has important theoretical and practical significance.This paper takes the project of Liaoning Electric Power Service Management Platform of State Grid as an example,and it analyzes and studies the project through the comprehensive evaluation and design method,it adopts the research method combining theory with demonstration analysis.At the same time,it constructs the service management of electric energy Platform project index system and comprehensive evaluation model,and finally it carries on the comprehensive evaluation research to the project of national network Liaoning company.This paper evaluates the implementation process of the project,and analysed the technical,financial,environmental and sustainable development of the platform.Based on the actual construction of the electric power service management platform project,the paper uses the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation which based on the entropy weight method and the method of Topsis is used to carry out the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,then the related evaluation model is established,and the empirical analysis is carried out according to the relevant indexes.In this paper,the entropy weight method is used to derive the specific weight of each index in the evaluation index system,and then the corresponding fuzzy matrix is obtained by using the Topsis method.Then the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to judge the project.Finally,the score of the whole is displayed.The comprehensive evaluation results show that the project of Liaoning Electric Power Service Management Platform is successful,and it played a promoting role for company.
