China has been accelerating its pace to develop from Processing Workshop to World Manufacturing Factory after becoming the members of WTO. The continuely updating technique requires a large demand of advanced facilities and brilliant high-skilled talents. However, nowadays most enterprises are facing the problem of high-skilled talents'dismission and aging phenomenon, while the market supply for skilled workers is still not adequate. In order to ensure China's sustained economic development, and for the need of building harmonious society, we need to analyze the reasons of the shortage of high-skilled talents and come up with positive solutions.This thesis is divided into four parts. It firstly outline the background and significance of the research, and bring forward the research ideas based on relevant research from home and abroad. Secondly it take a group of highly skilled personnel in some port enterprise as the research sample.Through questionnaires and interviews, using SPSS statistical analysis tools, this paper attempts to make descriptive statistics analysis, factor analysis, differences and regression analysis based on the survey data, to analyze of the discrepancies of job satisfaction and dismission inclination caused by demographic variables, as well as the impact of senior skilled workers' job satisfaction to their dismission inclination. Finally, this paper puts forward the suggestions for management practice of high-skilled talents, and points out the limitations of this study, as well as prospects for future research.The innovative points in this thesis include:Discussing the relevance of high-skilled talents'job satisfaction and dismission inclination. Identifying the job satisfaction factors to impact high-skilled persons'dismission inclination, which is a supplementary research for the highly skilled talents'job satisfaction topic. Meanwhile, this study also propose some suggestions for enterprise managers in the future management practices, which is helpful to solve the problem of currently serious shortage of highly skilled talents, high dismission rate,as well as to improve job satisfaction rate.
