With the adjustment of the industrial structure, technological innovation and enterprises’ technological progress, high skill talents in enterprises has been paid more and more attention. High skills in the process of economic and social development will play a very important role, but almost all parts of the country was immersed in high skill talent shortage, many units are in "will get" even "will be begged hard" state.This paper summarizes a number of literatures at home and abroad, through the theoretical research and empirical research, using questionnaire and depth interview method, the Shandong ZH company high skill talented person missing reasons for the in-depth analysis, find out the cause of high skill talented person missing main reason. Reason is mainly two aspects:on the one hand, the enterprise in recent years the rapid development, order more and more, the technology request too more and more high, but the enterprise high skill talented person troop development failed to keep up with the steps of enterprise development, causing high skills shortages. On the other hand, with the same industry between enterprise competition intensity, the talent of high technical ability for the more and more severe, due to the enterprise existing some problems lead to high skill talented person’s attraction is not enough, resulting in the talent of high technical ability in recent years the serious loss, and based on this, advances some solving measures.This paper is divided into five chapters. The first chapter expounds the background and significance of this study, the purpose of the research, and introduces its research contents and research methods. Chapter2in the literature research basis, this study defines the concept of talents with high skill. The third chapter analyzes the status quo missing the talent of high technical ability. The in-depth interview, questionnaire way to clear the investigation object, carries on the original data collection. Based on the analysis of the results of the survey, find out the talent of high technical ability the main reason for the missing. Chapter4before according to the investigation and analysis, this paper puts forward the countermeasures. The fifth chapter is conclusion and prospect. Summarizes the research results, and at the same time points out the limitations of this study, and about the future direction of the research is prospected.Through this study, thoroughly to find the Shandong ZH company high skill talented person’s missing reasons, and based on this, puts forward some feasible countermeasures to ensure that the enterprise of high quality, high efficiency production, to realize the enterprise sustainable development, but also hope that the research methods, ideas and results, for other enterprises in the same industry has some reference value.
