| High-skilled talents as an important part of talent team,it is a major force to speed up industrial restructuring,to promote economic transformation and upgrading,to drive the technological innovation and promote technological achievements transformation. With the rapid development of economy of Fujian Province,the high-skill talents’ quantity and quality have further demand.This paper taked Fujian Province high-skilled talents supply and demand situation as an entry point,first of all, used CensusX12 method,and the HP filter method to quantitatively describe the supply and demand trend of high-skilled talents in Fujian Province,that reflected the supply-demand imbalance of high-skilled talents in Fujian Province.Secondly, from the Angle of supply and demand,this paper analyzed the causesof imbalance between demand and supply of high-skilled talents in Fujian Province.The rapid development of manufacturing industry,high-tech industries and the third industry in Fujian have strong demand for highly skilled talents.Concept,economic envenvironment,talents evaluation,the education mechanism and enterprise training cause the shortage of the supply of skilled talents.Among the reasons of the imbalance of supply and demand of high-skilled talents, there are some factors have the important influence on the high-skilled talents training,Ultimately affected the supply and demand of the high-skilled talent market.Then the author built up a binary logistic regression model based on the high-skilled talents training situation questionnaire survey data in Fujian Province,dug out the key influence factors of the high-skilled talents training,The results show that these factors which included gender,age,years of working,vocational skills training,educational level,the degree of Enterprise emphasis on professional qualification certificate and respected degree had a significant effect on the high-skilled talents training.Finally,combined with the cause analysis and empirical analysis,started from increase efforts to train high-skilled talents and expand the supply of skilled personnel,put forward the corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions,in order to provide some valuable reference in achieving the balance of supply and demand of high-skilled talents. |
