At present, highly skilled talents of railway transportation enterprises in neither the quantity or the structure, are able to meet the modernization development of China's railway. As the highly skilled talents evaluation is an important component of the professional skills identify, is the basic work to promote the building of a highly skilled talents of railway, Do a the evaluation job of High-skilled personnel well can play an important role and significance. For this purpose, high-skilled personnel evaluation of railway transport company were discussed on this article.At first, the research and evaluation situation of the high-skilled personnel were collected and synthesis in article, and then analysis the characteristics and evaluation of the status quo of high-skilled personnel inrailway transport company. Then, through analysis the basis evaluation theory of high-skilled personnel - the talent evaluation theory, analysis the model of the professional structure and propose evaluation model of the high-skilled personnel in business. In these based theoretical analysis , doing the main research of the article---- Though using literature finding method and structure interview method, as well as the Delphi method ,established evaluation index system of high-skilled personnel in the railway transport enterprises. And determine the weight for the use of AHP, and proposed evaluation model for using the fuzzy comprehensive method . Summed up the talent evaluation methods and performance appraisal methods, explored the evaluation method of high-skilled personnel in railway transport business. Finally, selecting six highly skilled talents of a Railway Bureau for example, used and verified the evaluation index system. Summed up the conclusions of the study of the article and put up the research inspiration and recommendations, as well as the shortcomings of the study, making future research prospects. |
