Due to the development of the improvement of IT technology and the growth of security needs, the smart-home market grew up dramatically in a very few years. As a result, lots of competitors entered in, and the market environment became more seriously. This paper studied carefully on the company's inner and outer environment, and made a suitable development strategy for Beijing Wanxinjie Technology Co., Ltd. This paper points out that Wanxinjie should insist on its market location, and aim to be the No.1 company in the smart-home industry. Furthermore, this paper gives more suggestions of how to execute the strategy. For example, build a more strong brand, improve after-sale services, enlarge the product line, strengthen the development of HR resources, improve financing ability, and so on. |
