| In the case of enterprise strategy completely established, the success of the strategy depends on the implementation of the situation. Constructing the strategy execution system has great significance to the enterprise. This thesis describes the constructing of strategy execution system in TY Company on the basis of the theory of balance score card, to promote the management competition ability of TY Company.The thesis first analyzes the TY Company’s current management problems. Based on the company strategy, the paper investigates the construction of the strategy execution system during different development phases. The construction strategy execution system is divided into five aspects:In the aspect of strategy preparation, it needs to prepare organization and system, planning, public opinion & knowledge, and data; in the aspect of planning strategy, it draws the strategy map to describe the strategy through the company environment analysis; in the aspect of strategy decomposition, it develops the Balanced Score Card and employee performance card through the strategy theme decomposition; in the aspect of management strategy process establishment, through the establishment of the strategic management office, it builds strategic review conference system to ensure that the strategy can be effectively implemented; in the aspect of trial implementation, through the practice of optimizing adjustment at strategy execution system, it makes annual cycle optimization improvement after the formal implementation.This thesis hopefully provides the reference for the strategy making and implementation of the relevant enterprises on the basis of strategy execution system of TY Company. |
