Approved by Premier Li Keqiang,China's State Council issued a "China Manufacturing 2025" on May 19,2015.The issue is a deployment of a comprehensive plan to promote the implementation of manufacturing power,The document clearly mentioned that the plan will through the government guidance,integration of resources,the implementation of five key projects which including "national manufacturing innovation center construction,intelligent manufacturing,strong industrial base,green manufacturing,high-end equipment innovation",and make the "smart manufacturing" as the core project.The plan of "China Manufacturing 2025" clearly put forward that high-end equipment manufacturing and electrical equipment manufacturing is one of the core industries that must be broken through international technical barriers in the nine areas of innovation and development.TG Company is a capacitor casing products as the main core competitiveness of the power equipment manufacturing enterprises.The company continue to make progress and investment in information technology and intelligent equipment construction since its establishment.It has implemented the ERP system with the main functions of integration of resources and plans to carry out the implementation,the PLM system with the main functions to product development and design management-based,and the MDC system with the main functions of production equipment monitoring and data acquisition and analysis.The successful implementation of these information systems enhances the foundation for the company's information construction and management.Although the information construction has achieved good effect,there are still many deficiencies,which will affect the company's quality control level and product quality improvement.For example,the ERP system could release the production plan but couldn't get the feedback of the implementation,the PLM system data couldn't effectively link the manufacturing process,and the collected equipment data couldn't provide data for the manufacturing process based on judgments and so on.Therefore,in order to support the company's long-term development,the TG company should promote the intelligent manufacturing's research and implementation,and enhance the company's level of intelligent manufacturing,and also need to improve the company's product technology research,development and management.Firstly,the paper analyzes the general situation,the overall operation status,the management status and the business status of TG Company.And the paper also analyzes its existing problems.Secondly,it puts forward solutions and technical routes for the existing problems of the company's information construction and the problems existing in the manufacturing process and on-site quality management,rationally deploy the new intelligent information manufacturing framework,and establish a new intelligent manufacturing process based on large data Model,and the implementation of the new model of intelligent manufacturing risk analysis,put forward the corresponding risk control strategy.Then,the TG company finished the implementation of the new model of intelligent manufacturing,including the implementation of the production equipment data acquisition and monitoring system,the production equipment control data management system and the workshop manufacturing process data management system.Finally,this paper analyzes the implementation effect of the new intelligent manufacturing model.Through the project implementation and demonstration application in TG Company,the paper has formed the patent and commercial products such as the standard,the technical system,the analysis tool and the integrated processing platform for the industry to promote the overall improvement of the intelligent manufacturing level in China's transmission and distribution industry.
