Implementation Of Corporate Strategy Execution Problem

Enterprise strategy goes through the whole enterprise management process. The Strategy execution plays an irreplaceable role in the process of implementation of the strategy implementation. But now,there are many problems depressing the role of execution in the implementation of our enterprise strategy. The causes of the problem are complicated.The thesis analyzed the execution status of the implementation of the Chinese enterprises strategy and its reasons, and to seek strategies to deal with these . The thesis is trying to answer the following questions: what is the role of execution in the process of enterprise strategy enforcement? What is the problem of the inadequate of implementation capacity in the process of enterprise strategy enforcement? What are the roots causing these problems? How to make strategy to handle these problems? This text studies round these problems and puts forward the solution to solve this problem.This paper is divided into four parts. First , through the examples , the paper wants to analyze the key role of the implementation of our corporate strategy. Second,the paper analyzed the deep-seated issues about the implementation of current Chinese enterprise strategy. Third, the paper descripts the reasons of the implementation of the strategy for China's enterprises issues, from the enterprise organizational structure,business processes, corporate culture, as well as strategy and other aspects. Forth, the paper provides some important measures for the relative impact of the strategy implementation. Each part of the thesis based on an analysis and is divided into a number of sub-parts.This paper uses economic and manage principles, analyzes the role in the implementation of our corporate strategy with the empirical and comparative methods. When it analyzes the outcome of the same strategy in the implementation, the paper uses a theoretical method with practice, and in conjunction with case studies to enhance the persuasive. When it uses BSC to analyze the enterprise strategy execution, the paper uses the method that a concrete analysis of concrete problems.
