With the rapid development of China’s building intelligent market, market competition is increasingly fierce, and intelligent building enterprises are confronted with unprecedented competitive pressure. To design and implement an appropriate development strategy under the new situation is an important issue for intelligent building enterprise management.Intelligent building industry and technology is enjoying rapid development, and with the advent of new standards and new products, industry boundaries are constantly expanding. Intelligent building engineering project cover the different links such as designing, contracting, implementation and maintenance, etc., involving many different subsystems and products, and associated closely with different industry and supplier companies. Therefore, not only does the development of intelligent building enterprises have something in common with enterprises in other industry, but also has its own particularity.This paper takes T intelligent engineering Co., Ltd as the subject of study. By applying strategic management theory and methods to the features of intelligent building industry and its enterprises, in accordance with the external environment and the internal resources of the subject enterprise, carries out deep analysis of T intelligent engineering Co., Ltd., draws out the medium-long-term blueprint of the development strategy of T intelligent engineering Co., Ltd.After the formulation of development strategy, the paper discussed the ensuring system of the implementation of the development strategy in several aspects, such as organizational structure, corporate culture, management innovation, marketing and human resources, etc.The article consists of seven chapters. The first chapter is an introduction to the study’s background, main problem, purpose, meaning, research methods and tools; the second chapter is to introduce pertinent literature, including strategic management, the level of strategy, Integration strategy and diversification strategy; the third chapter analyzes the macro environment, the industry and other related industries environment, then based on Michael Porter’s five forces model, analyzes competitive structure; the fourth chapter introduces the subject company and its core businesses, identifies the company’s outstanding resource ability and shortcomings, summarizes the company’s core competitiveness; the fifth chapter uses the results of the analysis and the SWOT analysis to match a variety of strategic assessment, established the company’s development strategy, including integration and diversification strategies; the sixth chapter discusses the ensuring system of the implementation of the development strategy; and the last is the conclusion.The author hopes that this paper could provide a reference to building intelligent enterprises in China.
