Fortune says less than 10% of strategies are executed effectively. a seemingly good strategy fails to be executed again and again, which is mainly made by enterprise weak execution power. SwellMarui co., ltd was established in Nov., 2004, and started to operate in Jan., 2007. According to management achievement of 1st half year, it is worrying: 77.7% of sales revenue was achieved, while only 74.5% of sales profit was achieved. Upon the case of SwellMarui co., ltd, the article attempts to discuss execution power of enterprise strategy mainly from four parts: Profile of SwellMarui co., ltd; Current Status & Existing Problems of Strategy Execution Power; Cause Analysis of Enterprise's Execution Problem; Tactics of Improving Strategy Execution Power. Upon investigation and analysis, it is known that the key that management achievement is not good lies in lack of strategy execution power, Main causes of lack of strategy execution power shows as below: 1) Employees of enterprise are not well -disciplined, be lack of enthusiasm of working, and work is often pushed from one to another. 2) Organization structure, responsibility allocation and process of mass-production preparation are not reasonable. 3) Target and policy of department are not clear enough. 4) Leaders haven't played right role. So, below advices are mentioned, so as to improve the strategy execution power. 1) Construct execution culture, and emphasize on the idea of honesty, progress and respect. 2) Improve organization structure, responsibility allocation, process of mass-production preparation, and emphasize on cooperation with management strategy and solving actual problems. 3) Improve planning, evolving and following of enterprise strategy, and emphasize on team work and specific target. 4) Enforce the selection, training and encouragement of leaders, and emphasize on combination of ability and moral integrity, internal training and performance evaluation.
