Building and work enterprise emolument system of our country also exposes problems increasingly along with economic development. How do handle building and work enterprise emolument problem correctly, try our best making the personal dynamic role of employee? Reform is only way.Emolument system is modern enterprise system in a very important system, become hot along with the reform of enterprise, the emolument system reform as enterprise basic system has become the"focus"in"focus point". Si chuan Jin Li Work Company (following abbreviation Jin Li Company) is a especial enterprise of industry of building, with carrying out the process of enterprise reform, it has explored the emolument system model of its suitable company reform and development gradually. This paper aims at passing through the present situation of the analysis emolument systems of Si chuan Jin Li Work Company as well as the problem of existence, puts forward suggestion and the way of thinking of reform, with promote enterprise emolument system reform perfect further.First, we point out that the innovation is imperative after analyzing basic condition and problem of Jin Li Company. Then, we analyze the aim of innovation, the principle of design, the ways of design, the structure of innovation, the content of innovation and bring forward how to innovate the system of salary. Thirdly, we analyze the salary way of supervisor on the basis of the salary way of operator and manager. Fourthly, we analyze three dynamic operations, three awareness, and three transformations and bring out reformation production of Sichuan Jin Li Company. Lastly,we bring forward the thought about reformation system of salary.
