The capital market of China has been boosted for the past 24 years ever since the establishment of Shanghai and Shenzhen Stock Exchange and a diversified market has also been founded. The internet finance witnesses a rapid development on the Industry innovation setting. The merging of internet with finance industry will help reduce the cost, change the way of value realization of security companies, shorten the financial intermediary function and intensify the competitions in related areas. The development of internet finance will accelerate the transformation and diversification of the security companies, and in the meantime, urge the account managers to adapt to the new environment as well. One of the typical tasks for the HR in the security companies is to offer a direction to these client mangers and the formulation of a reasonable emolument system is undoubtedly a good option.This thesis summarizes the development of internet finance at home and abroad, illustrates both of its influence on the security companies and the account managers, exemplifies the situations and existing problems of the performance and emolument system with A Security Company, and formulates an optimal design for it.Firstly, the author spends efforts to analyze the growth of internet finance in foreign countries and summarizes the practice of its three patterns in national security companies. It is convinced that the Internet financial management in domestic stock-jobbers is still in initial stage, and is of full potential to be developed, especially on the personnel training sector, which is the priority among priorities. Then, this paper demonstrates the fundamental state and the current emolument system for the account managers in A Security Company, summaries not only its advantages but also the disadvantages. It also identifies the problems of performance appraisal and emolument system of the client managers in the internet finance setting by doing survey and having interviews. Then, the thesis also holds a discussion on the fundamental theory、research method and analysis tool of the performance emolument system and redefines the assessment index for the account managers in accordance with the key performance indicators and balance scorecard method. With the help of weight factor judgment method, the author classifies the weight of each indicator and proposes an optimal design, and what’s more, reconstructs a reasonable performance emolument system adapted to the A Security Company. Last but not least, the author also follows the track of the new performance emolument system and presents safeguards for the new scheme.
