By the developing of marketing economy and information economy in the world, human resource is getting even more important to have an advantage in competition of corporations. It is significative that the emolument inspirits the personnel. The reasonable and effective emolument is the key factor to the succeed of human resource management and post performance, and will affect the corporation performance profoundly. Today, the emolument system is not only the concerns of human resource experts, but also a problem for all the managers in a company. It's the key to the success of performance management. A logical emolument and prompting system is important to the team performance and personnel's satisfaction.But how can we built an effective emolument system? Ethan M. Rasiel (1999)said, No matter what you do, there is always the possibility that someone else in some other place has done similar things as you have: learn from other people's success and lessons, cherish your precious time, don't try to reinvent tires. So in this essay the author want to use the balance score card to built the emolument system, so that the emolument system will fit the corporation stratagem. Today, lots of scholars and consulting companies think that the BSC can be used in the emolument system, but there are only a few investigations about this question domestically, while most of these investigations are just running after a shadow instead of making a thorough study. So in this essay, the author try to use the BSC to built the post emolument, performance emolument, welfare emolument, manager emolument, finally effectively connect emolument with stratagem to form what we call"strategic emolument".
