The existence and development of modem enterprises more and more depends on the employees with high efficiency and high quality. How to design efficient motivate programs to develop employees' potential has become the key of human resource management.A set of scientific emolument management method is the key factor to keep, motivate employees and further to maintain the competitive ability of the organizations. The aim of the thesis is to discuss and put forward a emolument management model suit to the situation of research enterprise in order to improve the level of emolument management and promote the employees enthusiasm. In the thesis, basing on introduction of the basic knowledge and theory of emolument management, Wanchuang company, as a research object, the problems existed in present salary system was analyzed. The thesis discussed the basic process and method of salary design, setup positions and analyzed the jobs, then, evaluated jobs with analytical hierarchy process, and appraised them with general work ability.On the basis of above, considering the condition of employees, the character of business, the advantages and disadvantages of the general salary models and the results of internal and external compensation survey, the salary system was designed. Especially that is designed for the key position, such as high managers, designers and marketing persons. It can activate the positivity and creativity of the staff, so as to keep the key staff and eliminate the person not efficient.Through the designing of the emolument structure, the most efficient method in solving the problems of emolument system is that: evaluating the positions first, then investigating the emolument level, and constitute the emolument system basing the environment. There are position paying, skill paying and performance paying in the whole emolument system, and the performance paying is the most important part of that. When the ratio of the three parts were instituted, the human resource department should budget the whole emolument level correctly to ensure the emolument system performed perennially and efficiently. And the periodic adjustment of the emolument system and emolument level is very necessary.The new emolument system improved the existed system of Wanchuang company, the research in the thesis can also provide beneficial references to the similar enterprises.
