Research On Management Of Emolument System Reconstruction Project Of QG Company In2009

Emolument distribution management is an irreplaceable component of Business management, it plays an important role in motivating staff and achieving the strategic goal of enterprise. What measures the level of enterprise management is scientific, reasonable salary distribution system. The establishment of emolument system is affected by the internal and external factors in organization. Because of the different internal and external condition, different companies have to confront different problems in the establishment of the emolument system.QG Company is a new enterprise for relocation adjustment of SG Group. Because the staff comes from the different units, the salary structure among individuals is various, and the level of the salary varies greatly too. Based on the analysis of the staff composition, salary structure and the salary levels, the thesis proposes the program of reconstructing the emolument distribution System in QG Company. Meanwhile, the implementation process of the emolument reconstruction system programs to the project management, the thesis also investigate the project management in the application of human resource management.In order to implement the emolument system reconstruction project in accordance with the principles of project management in QG Company, the thesis studies on the key elements of the process reconstruction. First, with analyzing the QG staff structure, salary structure, salary levels of status, salary distribution system, the thesis try to find the issues on the emolument distribution management, to identify and analyze the staff range and emolument items, which is on the base of determining the objective of the emolument reconstruction project; Secondly, preparing for the implementation of the project, setting up management group for emolument reconstruction project, and analyzing the internal and external factors on the impact of emolument system; then, the process of project implementation is being controlled in order to ensure the progress of the project as planned smoothly. The thesis not only studies on emolument distribution how to play the role in the new company with the actual situation of QG Company, but also on the application of business management with project management theory.
