Under the background of Internet economy,knowledge workers of Internet enterprises are playing a key role in various enterprises with their own expertise.In the face of the scarcity of Internet enterprise talents and various disadvantages of enterprise management and incentive,how to build a scientific and reasonable comprehensive salary incentive system to serve enterprises and better attract and attract Internet enterprise talents for enterprises has become the core issue of many Internet enterprises.Based on the analysis of related concepts of knowledge-based employees in Internet enterprises,this paper further compares the characteristics and advantages of traditional salary incentive and comprehensive salary incentive from the characteristics of Internet enterprises,traditional salary and comprehensive salary overview.Based on the overview of traditional salary incentive and comprehensive salary incentive,the connotation of comprehensive salary incentive for knowledge-based employees in Internet enterprises is defined.Under the premise of the theoretical basis and research review of knowledge-based employees in Internet enterprises,this paper,guided by the content-based incentive theory and process based incentive theory,combs the relevant research of knowledge-based employees in Internet enterprises,reveals the necessity and urgency of salary incentive.Then,the questionnaire survey is given to the investigated enterprises,and empirical analysis is carried out through the feedback results of the questionnaire.At the same time,all elements of comprehensive compensation are extracted.Finally,through the analysis of traditional salary incentive of knowledge-based employees in Internet enterprises,we find and summarize several deficiencies of current salary incentive system,and at the same time,through the comparison of the deficiencies,set off the advantages of comprehensive salary incentive.At present,the fierce economic and social competition determines that the shortcomings of traditional salary incentive will become more and more obvious.Only a new and reasonable salary incentive mode can really help enterprises improve efficiency,especially for the core knowledge-based employees.Peter Drucker also gave a clear definition of knowledge workers in the book "management challenges in the 21 st century" in 2000: the so-called knowledge workers are people who use their knowledge or information to solve problems at work.Compared with ordinary employees,they are more active in their work.They don't like unchanging and too rigid work,and they like creative team and cooperation mode.In terms of personality,knowledge-based employees have stronger willingness to solve problems independently and pay more attention to the embodiment of self-worth and the willingness to constantly challenge.So in their work,they should put more energy into consideration,and build a more scientific and reasonable incentive mechanism for them.For a long time,monetized compensation plays an absolutely dominant role in the traditional organizational incentive,and its effect is obvious in the early years.However,in the current competition and economic background,the core position of knowledge-based employees in the enterprise is beyond doubt.Considering their characteristics in work and personality,any enterprise should break through the traditional incentive mode and explore the whole enterprise New incentive model.It is also based on this idea that the comprehensive compensation incentive system came into being.This paper is to study and research theoretical knowledge,and then through the questionnaire survey for empirical analysis,and finally to make a more reasonable comprehensive compensation incentive system for enterprises to provide valuable reference.
