From the Industrial Revolution to now, quality management development process can be divided into three stages: quality inspection stage, statistical quality control stage and total quality management stage. But in the system of modern quality management, quality inspection and statistical quality control are still the quality management methods which are objective, effective, easy to understand, and most widely applied. Especially, the theory of statistical sampling based on the theory of statistical quality control continually became mature and mature, and has been popularized in China.The theory of sampling inspection is based on the three formulas on hypgeomidist, binomdist and poisson, and OC curve. They are necessary tools when the theory is studied. The thesis referring to a lot of documents and materials and based on practical conditions, adopts the more Accurate formula - hypgeomidist distribution formula instead of the formulas of binomdist distribution and poisson distribution when the possibility of unqualified products in one lot is calculated, so that it can make the calculated results more Accurate.In addition, as an important section, QM (quality management) mode has perfect capabilities of quality inspection and management. The thesis puts stress on analyzing the sampling inspection methods in the mode, and indicates the problems in practical application in enterprises.In China, the most foreign companies have established better statistical sampling system for implementing it earlier, and some private enterprises have also improved themselves better, but some old state-owned enterprises shall make more efforts to implement statistical sampling and quicken pace with international development in the field.
