In the manufacturing industry,the quality of materials directly affects the overall quality of the product.During the scheduling of quality inspection tasks,the mode of general manual generated and assigned quality inspection tasks unable to meet the needs of enterprise production.This paper takes the process of the quality inspection of engine purchased parts as the research object and studies the overall framework of the quality inspection system,the quality inspection task generation model and task assignment in detail.First of all,this paper introduces the method of quality inspection of materials and analyzes the quality inspection process,summarizes the characteristics of the quality inspection process,proposes the requirements of quality inspection,and then constructs the overall structure of the quality inspection control system.Secondly,according to the material sample inspection strategy,combined with the historical data of materials,build a dynamic material quality inspection task generation model based on sampling rules,sampling plans and material control plans.Then,on the basis of the constraints of the comprehensive analysis of personnel,quality inspection tools and quality inspection laboratories and the optimization of relevant variables.This paper built a task scheduling model.In order to predict the time constraints accurately,through in-depth study of the material quality inspection process,using process analysis method to abstract and classify quality inspection task,and then combined with material detection data and material detection task classification,this paper constructs a work time model of the quality detection task which bases on multi objective regression model,At the same time,uses the weighted average method to predict the actual detection time.on the premise of the shortest total inspection time,the improved genetic algorithm is used to solve the problem which is aimed to balance the operators' workload.In the mutation operation of the genetic algorithm,the weight factor is used to increase the probability of selecting the parallel quality inspection unit which is at a disadvantage,and improve the speed of convergence.The validity of the algorithm is verified by an example analysis.Finally,combining with the actual project of a certain engine enterprise,this paper develops a quality inspection system to provide the method and technical support for the quality inspection of the outsourcing parts.
