Product quality inspection is an important and indispensable means for quality management activities and is also an important guarantee for customer receiving qualified and even satisfying products. The inspection of finished goods before shipping is to simulate the test conditions and the test environment which clients use. The inspection data can reflect not only the overall quality trends in enterprises but also the quality performance of products at clients. Finished goods inspection plays an important part in the internal product quality inspection activities of enterprises, so the quality inspection in this paper mainly refers to the finished goods quality inspection.Although the finished goods inspection Method of own-brand Motherboard depends on each enterprise, we need study whether it is scientific and rational or not. This paper first brings up the conclusion that finished goods inspection by percentage sampling rate of own-brand motherboard products is unreasonable by analyzing the probability of receiving and OC curve. Besides, it analyzes the actual manufacturing process of own-brand motherboard products, and it applies the process average model to estimate the average quality to build own-brand motherboard products quality sampling inspection plan according to the actual level of product quality. This paper provides a scientific theoretical basis for motherboard enterprises to establish a sampling inspection plan and lays the foundation for effective monitoring of product quality fluctuations in the trend in order to improve and enhance product quality.
