Research On Quality Control Of The Ammeter Manufacturing Enterprise And Sampling Inspection Method Of Ammeter Purchase

With the national electric power market reformed, transformation of urban and rural power web and the implementation project of "every household has an ammeter ", the quantity of the ammeter have increased sharply which lead to the quality of the ammeter products become the question that people pay close attention to extensively.At present, the quality management levels of quite a few of ammeter manufacturing enterprises are on the low side, quality-mind is weak, this make the ammeter quality can not able to totally accord with consumers' request. The purpose of thesis is improving the quality management level of the ammeter manufacturing enterprise in the ammeter trade ,improving the product quality of the ammeter, maintaining the interests of ammeter users. I construct the quality chain of the ammeter, use the thought of the supply chain,analysing two key points which have a great influence on the ammeter quality:First point is the quality control of the ammeter manufacturing enterprise, the second point is the sampling inspection of the ammeter purchase, the study on these two aspects are t key contents of the thesis. The theory foundation of thesis are quality management theory and sampling inspection theory, using the game theory thought, supply chain theory and statistics method, bring forward a scheme which can improve quality management level and find out a sampling inspection of ammeter purchase. For finding out the feasible quality solution of ammeter enterprises I construct a model of three level quality management, this model combine the actual conditions of the ammeter manufacturing enterprise, through reducing the influence of the bad qualitative factor of the ammeter products, to reach consumer's requisition for the ammeter quality and accuracy. The buyer purchase ammeter,which are not directly sell to ammeter user,in enormous quantities,then hand over to the user.In order to ensure ammeter accuracy and quality level to accord with the user requirement, we should optimize the traditional method of sampling inspection of the ammeter purchase. So, I use the thought of the game theory and analyse the behavior of manufacturer and user. This result lead to sampling inspection unreliability. Finally, I mend the traditional ammeter sampling inspection that is adjustment sampling inspection.According to the quantity and AQL of the ammeter we can directly find the scheme of sampling inspection.
