| Since 1990s, the incident of food safety occurs constantly, for instance the farm chemical remain of agriculture products, bird flu, foot-and-mouth disease and the mad cow disease, and it has caused tremendous loss to human society. Now food safety has become one of worldwide focus problems that people care. The serious consequence caused by edible source disease makes the problem of food safety have become prior considerate problem of global public healthy every year. In recent years, because disaster incident that are caused by food safety emerges endlessly, it become the government problem and social problem that concerns the national economy and the people's lives. It not only threats people's health and lives but also national economic development, politics and social stable etc. Since reforming and opening up, along with the development of the market economy, people become to concern eating science, eating nutrition, eating healthy instead of eating to be full. However, the present situation of food safety of our country is very serious. Fake nearly occur everyday and have got to the degree that makes one startling. The reason is that our country is at the stage from planning economy to market economy. The traditional food supervision system already does not meet the needs to development and establishing supervision system of food safety adapting to Chinese national conditions is extremely urgent. It has major theoretical and realistic meaning to the continued and healthy development for our economy and perfecting system of socialist market economy through strengthening the research for the food safety supervision.This paper has designed supervision system of food safety according to Chinese national conditions through studying the comparison of domestic and international supervision theory and practice of food safety. It divides into 4 parts totally: The first part sums up food safety problem and influence; Second part is the present situation of the government food safety supervision in developed country; Third part is the present situation of the government food safety supervision in our country; 4th part is the conception and suggestion to perfect government supervision of food safety of our country. This paper has first introduced the related concept of food safety as well as the present situation of food safety and the influence of the food safety in our country. It has summarized the gap between China and developed country through the investigation to present situation for the government supervision of developed country of food safety and analysis to present situation supervision for the government of food safety of our country. Finally, having put forward to establish a management system that includes build unified and efficient supervisory organization and perfect the standard, inspection system and law of food safety, Still establish and improve the informative management system of food safety and strengthen the cultural construction of food safety. Hope that this paper can play certain reference role for the development of practice and theory of the supervision of food safety of our country. |
