Study On Present Safety Supervision Situation Of Food Production And Countermeasures In Boluo

In modern society, as people’s material living standards rising, food industry developedrapidly. But at the same time, food safety problems are gradually exposed. Phenomena suchas food poisoning, health hazards of illegal additives, and melamine-tainted milk powder,industrial gelatin, plasticizing agent for white wine and other malignant proliferation of foodsafety incidents. Fake doping in food processing, pass fake imitations for genuine, shoddy, withnon-food raw materials, mildew bad raw material processing of repeated violations of thefood, food contamination is a serious problem, major food safety accidents have occurredrepeatedly. Food safety issues are threatening the health and safety of the people, alsoconstrain the improvement of people’s living quality, food safety has increasingly become thefocus of people concerned about the issue, the media focus on the issues of concern, evenmore difficult problems of government regulation. How to solve food safety problems,protect public health and safety has become an important strategic task of the Government.Therefore, the study of Government oversight of food safety functions, and to proposemeasures to solve the problem, for the protection of the citizen’s legal rights and promote thereform of economic and social management function of the Government are important.Boluo, Guangdong Province as an example in this article, based on the theory ofgovernment regulation and use literature, comparative analysis, interviews and other methodsto explore the town, Boluo County, government regulation of food safety situation, existedproblems and causes, and propose measures to solve the problem.
