Administrative Law Perspective Study On The Food Safety Supervision

Food safety issues related to a nation's physical and social order, it is the community focus and a hot issue.In recent years, beeause disaster incident that are caused by food safety emerges endlessly,it beeome the government problem and social problem that concerns the national economy and the people's lives.Our country at the stage from planning eeonomy to markete eonomy, government supervision of food safety issues should play a very important role. In China, government regulation of food safety in the status quo is also not satisfactory.The current world food security monitoring is the development trend of food safety regulation emerged from the past to the present multi-regulatory centralized monitoring; from the past emphasis on the regulatory aspects of the food chain to now focus on the strengthening of the entire process of monitoring the food chain; supervision of government departments from the main to the importance of the role played by social forces such as changes in trends.Stressed that the entire process of governance, a unified governance, community participation in a number of the main common, mutual cooperation, scientific management, professional governance and the responsibility of governance.These trends are related to the administration of food safety, government regulation in the governance play an extremely important role.Strengthen the supervision of China's food safety research for our economy and the sustained and healthy development of the socialist market economic system to improve the theory and is of great practical significance. In this paper, mainly from the perspective of administrative law, the analysis of government regulation on food safety should be the role and responsibilities.Including the building of a unified and efficient government regulation of food safety agencies, to establish and perfect the legal system, such as food safety advice and ideas, I hope this article on China's food safety to the theory and practice of monitoring the development of some reference value.
