Corporate culture springs up in 1980s, It's appearance is a revolution in the history of enterprise management, for it lifts the theory of enterprise management form the level of scientific technological management up to cultural management. As a kind of productive force, the vitality of corporate culture comes form its transformation. Only when one corporate culture adapts the development of an enterprise, its life force can be shown. Therefore, the research about the transformation of corporate culture could offer theoretic evidence in economics, at the same time, could give suggestions for the construction of China's corporate culture.From the angle of New Institutional Economics, the thesis takes corporate culture as an informal style, Theoretical analyzing method, logical reasoning method, specific analyzing method are used to dissect the connotation and the transformation of corporate culture, giving some suggestions which adhere to our policy.There are six Chapters in this thesis. In chapter I, the background and the significance, the content, the methods that are used, the basic frame and the new points of this thesis are stated. The main content of chapter II is the general description of theories about the transformation of corporate culture both in China and abroad. On this basis, the main research method of this thesis is proposed. In chapter III, the basic theory of corporate culture are introduced, the definition and the effect of corporate culture are given from the prospect of Institutional Economics. Chapter IV is about the relationship of institution and corporate culture, on this basis, their transformation are discussed. Chapter V proposes the blueprint of transformation of corporate culture of China and elaborates its necessity. On the basis of Chapter IV, some suggestions which adhere to our policy are giving. Chapter VI is the conclusion of this thesis and other unsolved problems. The main conclusion of this thesis is: the transformation of corporate culture is the presupposition and the foundation of any other revolution of enterprise; it is the evergreen of the development of enterprise.
