Corporate culture has been studied and practiced widely in China, companies like Haier, Huawei and TCL considered the construction and innovation of corporate culture as one of the company strategies of organic growth, IN the new era of global economy and knowledge economy, the society is going through tremendous change, it is important for companies to keep changing and innovate so that they can adapt to the ever-changing environment, gain competing power and survive. That is why now many companies are targeting at corporate culture transforming, building up humanity and customer oriented culture encouraging innovation and teamwork spirit in order to promote the companys' competitive advantages.This paper discussed theories of corporate culture and culture transformation, designed and implemented a culture survey in company A based on those theories. Studied problems and phenomena happened after organizational change of the company in 7 aspects of how leaders should provide support in corporate culture, company values implementation, human resources management, internal communication and cooperation, employee's satisfaction, company regulations and material culture, concluded that there're 4 major problems in culture planning, culture management, teamwork spirit and innovation, therefore provided management suggestions correspondingly in the end. The purpose of this thesis is to provide reference material for culture transformation of company A by analyzing their culture and coming up with suggestions, and to provide management model in corporate culture values and transformation strategies for other companies to refer to.
