In 2017,the global economy showed signs of overall recovery and was gradually emerging from the downturn.Now the domestic economy is still at the stage of bottoming out,and the economic operation is stable,moderate,and better than expected,and the economy and society maintain stable and healthy development.After years of rapid growth,with the development of the global economic environment,various industries are facing new challenges and changes under the influence of the Internet + era.In recent years,after transforming the development mode,adjusting and optimizing economic results,the domestic economy has comprehensively entered high-quality development.At the stage,but still in the period of bottoming out,the overall tone of steady progress has not changed.Affected by this economic environment,the phenomenon of homogenization of bank products and operations is more prominent,and China's traditional banking industry faces enormous challenges.How to win a place in the fiercely competitive banking market and continue to maintain its vitality depends on whether commercial banks have strong comprehensive competitiveness.Corporate culture infiltrates all aspects of enterprise development,which is one of the most important factors in the core competitiveness of enterprises.It is also the soul of enterprise development competitiveness.It is imperative to help enterprise development through corporate culture construction.As a rural commercial bank that evolved from the local rural credit cooperatives,C Bank,from the former rural credit cooperatives,has become the modern commercial bank after 66 years of precipitation and development.In accordance with the cross-regional development strategy,since the restructuring,C Bank has vigorously promoted the construction of different institutions in Sichuan province.Outside Sichuan province,In Shandong,Yunnan,Fujian and other four provinces,independent rural provincial-level units have been set up to enhance the financial intensity of the western region centered on Chengdu.As a local commercial bank,C Bank must truly become a regional bank and must be strategically oriented to carry out corporate culture innovation.When the development strategy is matched with the corporate culture,it can create a truly outstanding enterprise.Therefore,the strategy-oriented corporate culture can provide continuous development momentum for the development of C Bank.Through the relevant internal data compilation,combined with investigation and research,this paper analyzes the status quo of C Bank's corporate culture construction,finds out the problems and summarizes the causes of the problems,and uses relevant theories to analyze the enterprise from the actual situation.Then this paper rationalize a number of suggestions for cultural communication means,such as strengthening the construction of talent team,improving system construction,and improving human resources management,and adopting some recommended measures to promote the integration of corporate culture into corporate management and serve corporate strategic goals.
