From the late 1980s to the early 1990s, with the further reform and opening in China, the corporate culture, as a management mode, is introduced into Chinese enterprises. In time, all walks of life are starting to digest, absorb, cultivate and construct corporate culture. Great gains and progress have been made in the construction of Chinese corporate culture in theory and in practice. But in most of companies, corporate culture construction also stays on the surface, some managers who have neglected the construction of corporate culture connotation, put culture construction as shout slogans, corporate culture activities or enterprise CI image designs, which causes the culture can't be born. Therefore,successful cases about the corporate culture construction in the true sense are rare. The reason caused this situation is that we lack of understanding the essence of corporate culture construction,so many enterprises have been misleading.The main reason of the falsified corporate culture construction, analyzed by the text,is that the ignorence of cultural construction rules,existence of informal organization and mutual restraint between formal institutions and informal institutions. From the Angle of enterprise culturology, the culture significance of informal institutions, together with the relationship between the informal institutions and formal institutions,is expounded in the paper. Researching on informal institutions and construction of corporate culture, this paper analyzes the failure causes of the formal institutions, and points out the function of the informal institutions, thus establishing a cooperative mechanism of official institutions and informal institutions.Finally my paper opens up a new way of the construction of corporate culture.
