Corporate culture as the common values of all employees on the basis of common goals and ways of doing things,all the time affect the production and management of enterprises,as well as the efficiency and performance of enterprises.Therefore,we find that the problems of the enterprise and the improvement of the corporate culture from the perspective of corporate culture are important and effective ways to produce the results we want.Ningxia coal exploration engineering company as a 60 year tradition of meritorious state-owned enterprise,has accumulated a deep corporate culture.The corporate culture has its good side,the enterprise has made great achievements.But sometimes the negative effect of corporate culture is greater,leading to difficulties in business.We need to reshape enterprise culture to foster strengths and circumvent weaknesses.In the current overcapacity in the coal industry,the decline in the effectiveness of the case,the development of Ningxia coal exploration engineering company also suffered a bottleneck.Now it is in sync with a new round of State-owned enterprise reform to carry out reform.This reform has adjusted the affiliation and the personnel composition and has broken the worker's psychological set.This is a good opportunity to reshape corporate culture.This paper studies the current situation of corporate culture at home and abroad,using the function of corporate culture,evaluation methods and the relationship between corporate culture and business performance,makes an investigation and Analysis on the enterprise culture of Ningxia coal exploration engineering company with the methods of literature,interview,observation and questionnaire.At last,this paper puts forward the way to rebuild the corporate culture in the transformation of the company,which is based on the three modes of cultural change model,such as Jacalyn Carol Sherriton and James L.Stern's,and use these to create a good corporate culture,to ensure the successful transformation of the company.This also has a reference value for new round of reform of state-owned enterprises.
