The dissertation analyzes the issues such as the opposition in the bureaucracy and the insignificant performance of the corporation culture construction. It makes a systemic research on corporation culture management which based on the rules of the formation and development of value, with the purpose to realize the common value of the corporation.The dissertation analyzes the status quo of the corporate culture research. There are 2 basic methods and 4 major research areas. It induces the point that the corporate culture research comes from the demand of corporate to improve the performance and the stimulation and control of the employees. The dissertation analyzes the possibility to establish an independent corporate culture. Based on that discussion, the dissertation proposes four criterions for the corporation culture: the collective contract, the consist of believe and behavior, construction on purpose, and the excellence. The dissertation proposes the concept of the Institution of Corporation Culture. It analyzes the conception and structure of the Institution of Corporation Culture, and describe the character in different stages. At the end, the dissertation analyzes the relation between corporate and the society. As a social organization, the corporate needs to take the social responsibility. It should not only setup corporate culture in the corporate, but also extend it to the outer environment.
