Along with the arrival of knowledge-based economy and the development of economic globalization competition amongst the domestic or foreign enterprises is displaying for the cultural competition, constructing of corporate culture is becoming cornerstone which enhances competitiveness increasingly and important certainties which affect survival and development of enterprises. Creating the outstanding corporate culture, enhancing the managerial and administrative level basically, and meeting the needs of modern developing market economy, is an impending and vital issue of enterprises. But, corporate culture is closely related to the characteristic of time, enterprises are faced with a lot of problems to settle under new circumstances, all of which does not allow to neglect. Establishing and perfecting modern corporate culture is the managerial core as well as difficult and hot issues which are modern enterprises confronted with in development. To solve the problem effectively can arouse employees enthusiasm and enlarge the enterprises popularity and improve their competitiveness.This article introduces the theory of corporate cultural constructing briefly, reviews development of corporate culture at home and abroad and summarizes the principle of work about corporate cultural constructing. Corporate cultural constructing of petro-chemical branch of Tarim Oilfield is analyzed concretely from four specific areas, such as: spiritual culture, system culture, behavior culture and material culture. The theory of corporate cultural constructing and its system of assessment is employed to analyse corporate culture innovatively. Existing problems of enterprise culture of petro-chemical branch of Tarim Oilfield are mentioned clearly, And proposals and measures for future improvement are carried out concretely.According to the indication of corporate culture's assessment system of petro-chemical branch of Tarim Oilfield, the author proposes innovatively the perfect and advanced mode that enterprises should create with working together, giving full play to the talent of all from some specific areas, such as: culture of achievement, culture of excellence, culture of innovation, responsibility for culture and its extension. Establishing system of corporate culture perfectly, participating actively, improving and exercising standardized management of enterprises effectively, establishing modern corporate culture filled with characteristic of time and vigor ,strengthening enterprises competitiveness, all of these can help enterprises stride forward in market competition ahead and achieve sustainable development.
