Post-evaluation is one of the important step in the whole life cycle of the project, which works indispensably as a crucial measure in the decision management of the project. Post-evaluation is also meaningful and important role for improving decision level of the project as well as in raising the efficiency of the investment.As the growing of economic reform, especially power plant and distribution network are entirely different issue, which possess different characters with each other. For this reason, the establishment of a comprehensive post-evaluation system for the electricity network alteration engineering becomes an urgent subject for deepening the reform of the financing/investing system.The post-evaluation of the electric network alteration engineering is studied in this thesis, which include the constriction process evaluation, economic evaluation, power network feature and technical installation and sustainability evaluation, among them, emphasis are paid to economic evaluation and power network feature evaluation, as well as the comprehensive evaluation. Indication system for network feature is established in this work with its quantitative calculation model, the comprehensive evaluation is presented for a practical sample by using fuzzy analytic hierarchical process method. Finally, the model quantitative calculation of post-evaluation of the electric network alteration engineering is also presented.
