Research On Critical Technology Of Engineering Project Post Evaluation

Project post evaluation is the most important segment of project life-cycle. It's the systemic comprehensive evaluation to the whole process of decision-making, building-target, design-construction, completion-checking, production and management. Also it's a kind of impersonal comprehensive re-evaluation to financial, economic, societal and environmental benefit and effect and project's continuable aspect. Project post evaluation supply the reference to the construction of succeeding projects by analyzing, evaluating, extracting project's experience and lessons. As a result of late-beginning of project evaluation in our country, the working system is still distemperedness, theory system is still faultiness, practical experience is still awaiting for accumulating. There will be a lot of investment in aspect of economy construction, city establishment building along with the expansion of country's "eleventh-five" programme. At present there are many investment items need to sum up experience for reinvestment, so project post evaluation possess realistic and potential demand.The research on project post evaluation is a kind of scientific analysis and judgement adopting statistic and forecasting method to project decision-making, execution, and management based on modern economic and managing theory, associating with systems engineering, feedback control theory. This paper begins with content of project post evaluation; make a systematic analysis research, building the content systemic framework. It includes four aspects of project: process evaluation, benefit evaluation, impress evaluation and continuity evaluation. At the same time the paper discusses the relationship between post evaluation and project appraisement, post evaluation and mid-appraisement on the foundation of project appraisemental content system.There are many methods in project post evaluation, but the critical question is using right method adapt to practical item requirement or making proper improvement.
