This paper introduced the development of both here and abroad post-project evaluation. And the meaning of the post-project evaluation for construction process to power plant projectmanagement was discussed. Based on the actual circumstance of Yihai-heze Power Plant andthe post-evaluation theories, a suitable and operable index system was put forward, somecomprehensive index was created and quantified. Then, an evaluation model based on FuzzyAnalytic Hierachy Process(FAHP)was applied in the evaluation of Yihai-heze Power Plantproject construction process and a quantified result was acquired. Finally, somecountermeasure and suggestion is presented to Yihai-heze Power Plant.The evaluation model of Yihai-heze Power Plant construction process in this paper provides a kind of quantitative analysis tool, which is able to judge the result of construction process and offer helpful reference for further decision-making. This paper put forward an index system of power plant post-project evaluation for construction process and the corresponding quantitative overall evaluation method. The main purpose of this paper is to create an evaluation index system and an evaluation model that can match the characteristic of power industry.
