This paper introduced the development of both here and abroad post-project evaluation. And the meaning of the post-project evaluation for construction process to power plant project management was discussed. Based on the actual circumstance of Haibowan Power Plant and the post-evaluation theories, a suitable and operable index system was put forward, some comprehensive index was created and quantified. Then, an evaluation model based on Fuzzy Analytic Hierachy Process (FAHP) was applied in the evaluation of Haibowan Power Plant project construction process and a quantified result was acquired. Finally, some countermeasure and suggestion is presented to Haibowan Power Plant.The evaluation model of Haibowan Power Plant construction process in this paper provides a kind of quantitative analysis tool, which is able to judge the result of construction process and offer helpful reference for further decision-making. This paper put forward an index system of power plant post-project evaluation for construction process and the corresponding quantitative overall evaluation method. The main purpose of this paper is to create an evaluation index system and an evaluation model that can match the characteristic of power industry.
