As one of the main components of project post-evaluation, the main purpose of thispaper is to creat an evaluation index system and an evaluatation model that can match thecharacteristic of power industry.First, based on the actual circumstance of Leiyang Power Plant and the post-evaluationtheories, a suitable and operable index system was put forward, some comprehensive indexeswere created and quantified. Then, an evaluation model based on Aanalytic hierachy process(AHP) and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation was applied in the evaluation of Leiyang PowerPlant project construction process and a quantified result was acquired. Finally, somecountermeasures and suggestions were presented to Leiyang Power Plant.The evluation model of Leiyang Power Plant construction process in this paper providesa kind of quantitative analysis tool, which is able to judge the result of construction processand offer helpful reference for further decision-making.
