In modern times, the elaborating management is more and more become the implementation of modern management tools and means. Company focus on management system, based on people-oriented, emphasis on mastery of with details and process. By use of fine means of improving work idea of the traditional power supply company, can effectively make up for the deficiency of power supply company team building, strengthen cohesion of company, improve the comprehensive benefit of the company.In this paper, we clarify the management architecture of power supply company A according to its basic development situation, and analyzeworkflow, personnel management, assessment regimes of power supply companyA. Then from the perspective of fine plans and objectives of management, we design team goals and develop team plans. Taking daily work processes and stop restoration process as example,fine work mode process was designed. From job design and work quota standards, position descriptions and work quotas were redesigned.Delicacy assessmentsystem of word group includes the following: designingof performance appraisal programs and content, assessing the programs designed for its rationality. In domain of team learning, combined with the characteristics of the industry, we design it from safety education, employee psychology and training aspects.In this paper, the design of the scheme has been actively involved in enterprise operation, and achieved good effect, makes the team members in spirit, team management level has been improved, the on-site safety management level improved significantly. This research result has certain reference significance and popularization value for the same kind of enterprise grass-roots management construction.
