Qinjingdao electric power company is a large state-owned enterprises,This paper analyzes the existing remuneration system,In particular,for the reasons of the serious egalitarianism,features without a very good incentive to play,a lack of impartiality and the overall lower of efficiency.Use a variety of domestic and foreign pay theory,research the impact of equal pay from work of the new internal,external and personal factors,to determine the types of jobs within the company and the proportion of the total pay at all levels of the hierarchy relationship,and to establish the post salary standards,to pay for the management and control targets,to guide the scientific evaluation of individual employees. It could avoid inter-blind comparison of the new pay between the employees,it has a strong theoretical and practical.At the same time,it provides a new train of thought in the similar electricity companies.
