Research On Control Strategy Of Intelligent-intensive Stereo Warehouse Transportation Equipment

Intelligent-intensive stereo warehouse is a high-tech product of the electromechani-cal integration, which includes the features of information, storage and management. It has wide application prospects in logistics base, large-scale production, enterprises, cus-toms and piers.In the paper the status quo and development trend of the intelligent-intensive ster-eo warehouse is described in detail. The characteristic of the stereo warehouse is anal-ysised. According to the low space utilization of usual stereo warehouses, the intellig-ent-intensive stereo warehouse which adopts the mobile shelves for storage is designed. PC is used in the stereo warehouse in which the storage density is increased and the space utilization is improved to solve the problem of scheduling of the transportation device. The level of automation management of stereo warehouse is increased and the cost is reduced.The control system of intelligent-intensive stereo warehouse is analysised, the cel-erity and rapid positioning of the transportation device is researched. According to the function request, the control system is designed based on PC-PLC, which could opera-te in automatic mode, semiautomatic mode and manual mode. According to the main factors which could affect efficiency of the stereo warehouse, the scheduling of transp-ortation deviece is designed and the efficiency is solved. According to the celerity of transportation device, fuzzy control technology is applicated to achieve rapid positioni-ng.The whole system achieves the stabile operation of intelligent-intensive stereo wa-rehouse and incarnates characteristics of the transportation device which is fast, veraci-ous, secure and patulous. It has good economic and social benefits.
