| As one of the best medical device manufacturers in the world,MT company decided to build a new automatic warehouse to achieve its strategic objective with faster,more accurate and stronger.In the environment of industrial 4.0,All of that is not only for meeting the strong desire of own development,but for improving the company's necessary image.The main topic of this paper is how to design the operation system of automatic warehouse customized for MT company through analyzing current situation of company and theory of automated warehouse.In order to realize customized automated warehouse,the research rough the deep-seated dissection and analysis of MT company's process status and business capability,according to the current situation and theoretical basis of the enterprise,the warehousing mode,inventory allocation system,and delivery route setting are studied in detail,in order to meet the needs of MT company and other management tools,such as electronic board to customize the most suitable strategy and scheme for MT company.Finally,the system of automatic warehouse is reorganized,which integrates and applies the above research results from three aspects: business process design,function design and information system design,and ensures the effective completion of work tasks from three levels of coordination management,control and execution.This paper reviews the automated warehouse,evaluates its design effect,responds to the needs of MT company,establishes a good framework for MT company to formally establish the automated warehouse,and determines the direction of development.The purpose of study is to solve the needs of MT company,at the same time,it also answers how to design an automated warehouse operation system to solve some problems encountered in the establishment of automated warehouse.It also hopes that this research can provide some reference for other companies,especially for medical device industry,who want to establish automated warehouse. |
