Model Control System Of Automatomated Stereo Warehouse Based On PLC Design And Research

Today,with the rapid development of national economy and the continuous enrichment of social material,in order to meet the actual needs of society,the automation of enterprise information management is realized.Automated three-dimensional warehouse has become an important part of modern logistics system.It is also a workstation of advanced logistics concept introduced in MPS(Master Production Schedule)master production plan.It is an elevated warehouse system that can automatically control and manage multi-storey goods.Thissubject is designedand developed according to the characteristics of Vocational education,the requirements of vocational ability training,the requirements of practical training teaching in secondary vocational colleges and the characteristics of automation specialty,and the overall design requirements of "ability-based,professional practice-based,and practical engineering projects-based".Firstly,this paper analyses the control principle of automated warehouse,discusses the design scheme of the control system and the problems and solutions in the design,and finally determines the control scheme and related technical parameters of the automated warehouse.Secondly,the automatic warehouse control system is designed,mainly relying on programmable logic controller(PLC)and sensors for automatic judgment,controlling stepping motors,servo motors,frequency converters and pneumatic devices,etc.,to realize automatic feeding,loading and discharging of stackers.Its aim is to accomplish automation tasks with high speed,stability and intelligence.This design is a simulated industrial self-automated three-dimensional warehouse.There is still a certain gap between the actual industrial intelligent warehouse and the development of mechanical and electrical integration professional training system as the engineering background to carry out research work on the automatic three-dimensional warehouse training teaching system,in order to train applied high-quality logistics personnel,meet the needs of society and enterprises for high-end skilled personnel,so as to enable them to learn.The zero distance docking between school and enterprise is realized to the maximum extent.
