Stereo warehouse system Based on the shuttle vehicles is recently a new type of storage equipment. Compared with the traditional stereoscopic warehouse, it has the characteristics of scientific management for storage position and high efficiency of operation. It has many working styles, including warehousing, warehouse-out, plate storage each and etc., With the deep transformation of manufacturing industry, degradation for costs and improvement for efficiency have become the foundation of company, so as an indispensable part in the manufacturing process, storage equipment is becoming more and more important. Therefore, it is particularly important to increase their research on scheduling for shuttle vehicles automated stereoscopic warehouse.This paper mainly studies scheduling optimization algorithm and scheduling software system of intelligent scheduling control production, for the shuttle vehicles in stereo warehouse system.In this article, firstly it represents the control system of automatic Stereo warehouse system, and then according to the technical agreement and technical requirements, analysis simplify the scheduling model based on the system point figure, using dynamic programming optimization scheduling algorithm to do research on path and method. Meanwhile through the use of the algorithm complexity analysis algorithm, it makes the system to seem to have superiority. Based on UML modeling software, by analyzing the software's requirement and dissecting the software structure, the goal is to establish a static model and dynamic model of the software. As the software development platform, it includes VC++ language for software development in Visual Studio and SQL Server database platform for data storage, making automation stereoscopic warehouse optimization scheduling software. Combined with specific project and on the basis of optimization scheduling software, it gets quantitative simulative experiment, analyses the experimental results and checks the reliability of the models validate scheduling algorithm. Simulation experimental results show that: with the core of dynamic programming optimization scheduling algorithm and empowerment figure, it improves the operation efficiency, simplifies the complexity of algorithm and gets high accuracy, etc.
