Oil Filtering Device Of The Steam-Driven Pumps On Fuzzy PID Control System

The special oil filtering device(GYJ1200) of the steam-driven pumps used in the Power Station Factory and intends to solve such practical difficulties due to its low ranked modernization,untimely replacement of the filtering screen and unsteady filtration effect.It gives a controlling system with fuzzy PID based on the oil filtering theory.It studies the operating theory of the device according to the requirements for the special oil filtering device(GYJ1200) of the steam-driven pumps.It realizes the control of different periods of the filtering by using of PLC,and accomplishes the following wishes:the alarming of the replacement of the filtering screen,the automatic running of the gear pump.While the traditional PID controlling device is hardly to meet the demand of the fuzzy control system,the control model of smaller filtering part(the most important part of the oil filtering) is also difficult to build because of the interference of various factors.In addition,it's hard to attain a high controlling precision with the relatively poor performance of eliminating errors of the steady-state of the system.While this paper accomplishes it by the combination of the theory of fuzzy and traditional PID controller algorithm.Basically,PID controller's regulation can theoretically reduce the steady-state errors to zero;moreover,the controller relies on the input or output data of the actual system in accordance with the operators' operating experiences rather than a precise mathematical real-time controlling model.The results shows that the fine filter arrives at the constant balance of the internal and the external pressure,thus enhancing the filtering accuracy of the oil filter device(GYJ1200) of the steam-driven pumps.The building of this system provides a new method with an effective way.
