Nowadays, measuring and controling technology gradually becomes more inteligent and automatical. In that case, the automatically measurement of environmental parameters by systems ought to be realized. Systems firstly measure the environmental parameters and analyze them in order to determine the impact of environment. Therefore, systems accordingly give orders to realize the robotization.This paper presents a collection of ordinary sensor signals and display method using embedded technology ARM as the CPU, the installation of Linux system can easily be cut and the same of AD, USB, touch screen and other drivers.The signal acquired by Acquisition sensors, controlled through the touch-screen and passed by the Universal Serial Bus (USB) to the host computer, host computer is an ordinary PC, the use of virtual instrument technology and the installation of windows platform Lab VIEW software,VISA (Virtual Instrument Software Architecture) is used to communicate with the USB bus. Windows and Linux can communicate. LabVIEW control the signal acquisition card, like:waveform display, storage and other functions. Applies to the signal acquisition, processing and storage.In this paper, research of data acquisition system is based on the embedded technology, virtual instrument technology, USB bus-related hardware technology. Virtual instrument programming environment is a powerful engineering application software and USB device is easy, widely use on computer device. The paper completed the data acquisition circuit design, USB firmware design and virtual instrument application design.The focus of this paper are as followed:first, the completion of the ARM as the CPU of the data acquisition card, install Linux systems on the PC, achieve the communication host computer with signal acquisition card, design touch-screen and so on. Second, complete the communication via a Universal Serial Bus (USB). Third, the new platform realized sensor signal acquired by measuring environmental parameters automate based on embedded technology and virtual instrument technology.Research of this paper realized data acquisition, analysis and processing based on virtual instrument. It provides a highly flexible, powerful system which can reduce the time of development of the system and preparation of the research.
