Wireless sensor technology has an unprecedented development with the fast development of computer network and communication technology.In recent years,in numbers of Wireless sensor technologys,zigbee technology became more and more popular in this fields with some characteristics just like low rate,low power,low cost and so on.Today,the fields of medical,military,agricultural automation and family intelligent already have extensive application with some companies' zigbee system.But,it's still in the infancy stage in this area of state detection of civil engineering structure by using Wireless sensor technology.And research in related fields is very necessary according the future application prospects and market value.Because some limitations exist in the state detection of Civil Engineering Structure by using traditional cable methods. In this paper,the Program of state detection of civil engineering structure by using Wireless sensor technology has been gave out based on ZigBee technology and network protocol analysis. Design and handmake the front-end measurement circuit board and software for secondary development based on the Zigbee equipment of WXL company. In the end, a ZigBee tree network has been set up and experiments were carried out about the structure deformation in the the standard steel beam of civil engineering structure Laboratory.Finally,research results were summarized,analyzed inadequate place and put forward issues for further research in the same time.
