According to actual syntheses excavated stand's actuality and main problems, author design a synthesis excavate stand system which integrate information gathering technology, information transmission technology, information processing technology and forecast technology. The system includes 1 to 20 detective extension, every extension communicate with each other by wireless radio frequency technology. Every extension gathers syntheses excavate stand's pressure real-timely in designed certain time. When it is the designed clock, every extension power on and detects the pressure in turn, and except the NO.1 extension, every extension receives the data from anterior extension in turn, then sends the data which gathered by itself and the data which from anterior extension to the next extension by wireless radio frequency, then power off. Till all extension's data are sent to the last extension, the last extension sends all data to the communication extension by wireless radio frequency, then power off. The communication extension sends all data to monitor computer which on the floor by optical fiber network or telephone line. Monitor computer processes the data, and evaluate the standing effect, when the pressure surpass the limit, it will alarm. It provides reliable measured data for syntheses excavate stand, through this way, it can give forward-looking forecast and historic record. It realizes that monitor syntheses excavate stand's work state for a long time comprehensively, real-timely. This paper has elaborated the plan choice of system, the design of syntheses excavate stand detective extension, the principle, the realization method, and the communication way; studied the design of the hardware circuit, the software and various problems in detail which occurred during the research.
