The aero-engine test result was determined by accuracy and validity of experimental data. How to obtain reliable aero-engine experimental data is important for design and test. The bulk effect and thermal inertia of measurement parameter are important factor That affects accuracy and validity of experimental data. The change of the bulk effect and thermal inertia generally follows some kind of rules, The rules can provide reference for experimental data acquisition and design and test. The experimental data was now recorded in relational data base, but it couldn't provide a scheme to find the rule .The data warehouse was presented in this paper to solve it. Based on data warehouse, The change law of the two factor was found based data warehouse in this paper.The bulk effect means the affect that the cubage of pressure measurement pipeline affected pressure measurement during test process.The thermal inertia means measured temperature delay influence which was yielded by thermocouple temperature sensor., because temperature change rate of sensor was always fall behind medium.
