Coal is one of the main energy sources in our country, in the national economyplays a very important role. But in recent years, the coal mine accident frequency, themain gas and roof is accident of mine safety production caused great damage. In orderto scientific management, reduce the mine production roof accident to realize the roofof coal mine pressure inspection and control. At present, most underground coal minepressure testing the roof low accuracy, work efficiency low mechanical or hydraulictesting instruments. And more advanced mine pressure detection system, because usethe cable communication mode, exist complex configuration, wiring, and maintenancedifficulties, and at the same time compatibility is poor, expansion ability is not strongshortcomings. Therefore, the development of wireless communication based on a setof pressure data monitoring system is very necessary.Based on thorough compared the roof at home and abroad and pressure datacollection system and processing equipment quality, in turn to a number of literatureand material, and on the basis of the design a set of underground pressure datacollection device, roof wireless transmission device, the information transmissioncollection interface device and PC software in the integration of intelligence analysissystem. The whole system with low power design, among them, the roof of theunderground pressure data collection device using the high performance C8051F310controller, not only to be able to complete the roof of the timing of the pressure datacollection and storage, to the intelligence analysis of all kinds of wireless devices tosend commands for wireless receive and process, at the same time, will launch topressure data collection equipment of wireless radio; The C8051F310controller with data collector to realize pressure data and wireless access storage; Transport interfacealso used C8051F310, realization and terminal to the interface, and will upload data ofPC, by the system software analysis of data processing.First of all, this paper briefly describes the system’s overall solutions, each devicewill complete function and micro controller, pressure sensor selection and the use ofwireless transmission way. And then, according to the specific requirements of eachdevice function respectively from two aspects of hardware and software is introduced.Hardware circuit design, including power supply circuit, sensor signal transformcircuit, storage circuit, alarm circuit, wireless module, serial communication circuit,show circuit, key circuit circuit design; The software design using modularizationprogram design ideas, including initial system program, system setting the anti-fuzzysubroutine (real time clock adjustment, system for zero), to the roof of theunderground pressure data wireless data acquisition, storage subroutines, pressuredata acquisition and send a subroutine module design; PC software to achieve the dataanalysis, understand the pressure RACES operation state, control instructions issuedby remote control equipment and pressure data collection. After a great deal ofexperiments, this system is stable in operation, convenient operation, and has highprecision measurement, small volume, low power consumption characteristics,reached the requirements of the system performance. The development of the systemcan promote the underground pressure test automation degree of roof of our country,the production safety of the coal industry has important significance.
