The paper application of Siemens WinCC configuration software developed the real-time human-machine monitoring system to meet the actual needs.The paper firstly introduced the development course and trend, the application of industrial field bus, combined with business requirements and the existing hardware condition, put forward the communication scheme with the field bus technology, OPC technology and industrial Ethernet technology.Secondly, according to the requirements of monitoring system, design the concrete implementation plan, it include the method and principle of picture and variable to establish, used the global scripts to achieve the simulation animation of the production field. It created the SQL database, designed and developed of the data storage and circulation archiving application program and realized the report of data statistical and analysis.In this paper, based on WinCC as the core development of the monitoring and control system, its structure is simple, easy extension, economic and reliable. It’s used the VB to developed the integrated client implementation of OPC technology and WinSock technology, realized the communication of WinCC monitoring system and enterprise management information system. It’s used the field bus technology realized real-time monitoring of industrial production field successful. |
