Knowledge and experience can make us more powerful when we're facing the challenges in the global market. Therefore, how to use information efficiently is the key point for enterprises to create new ideas and provide better service. Indubitably, training has become a critical part of the enterprise's long-term strategy, especially for the people above the management level whose capabilities and creativities will influence the future development of the enterprise. So how to design and choose a better training deliver system can meet the needs of this kind of people is still a problem in training fields. With such a belief, the thesis starts with weak points of the traditional training and needs during the management training, then promotes a new training model which is based on E-learning, which is grounded on the training design and practice model in information society nature, learning theory in psychology, performance technology, constructive theory and the current information technology research and development. The core parts and the main process from pre-analysis, design, implementation to evaluation are analyzed and discussed, and a framework is out lined here.Firstly, some weak points of the traditional training are presented, but the advantages of E-learning make the feasibility of this new model and the research route become visible.Secondly, the theory foundations of this model are expatiated upon instructional design, performance technology, constructive theory, adult learning psychology and pre-analysis of management training. After integrating all above theories, this thesis deliberates an E-learning based management training design and practice model in the third part, including some practical and mature learning institution and instructional tools which may be quite useful during the real world. The fourth and fifth part are implementing and evaluating. In the implementing stage, it's mainly composed of the preparation, on-site management and follow-up. In the evaluation stage, Kirkpatrick evaluation model is described, all of which determine the success of the management training delivery. At the end of the thesis, a new training model----M-learning enterprise's training is prospected.
